Q: What is a ticket broker?
A: A ticket broker operates out of an office, and uses the internet and phone call centers to conduct business. They are different from scalpers in that they offer a consumer a storefront to return to if there is any problem with their transaction. The majority of transactions that occur are via credit card over the phone/internet. The services that ticket brokers offer often can include hotel and airfare to events.
Q: Why are the tickets above face value?
A: The price we affix to certain tickets represents the fair market value, which is most often above face value (the price printed on the actual ticket.) Endless Tickets acquires these tickets on a speculative basis; thus, when an event is not as popular as anticipated, we are either unable to sell all or part of our inventory or are forced to sell the tickets for well below the cost of obtaining them. Consequently, the hard work and risk involved in obtaining tickets to popular/sold out events is represented in the final price of our tickets. Thus the face value of a ticket is usually not a good indicator of the price it would cost you to acquire tickets to the premium events we supply.
Q: Why are the prices on these tickets different since the last time I checked www.endlesstickets.com?
A: Our industry (the ticket industry) is constantly changing minute to minute. The prices rise and fall very quickly as demand for certain tickets fluctuates. If you find a group of tickets you wish to purchase and the price is acceptable in any way, we suggest you purchase the tickets at that point.
Q: Where are my tickets?
A: Sending your tickets out as fast as possible is one of our main priorities at Endless Tickets. In most cases your order will be shipped out the day you ordered the tickets assuming your order was placed before 5:00 pm CST. In some cases, this is not possible because the tickets purchased may not have been issued yet by the box office and thus we may not have the tickets in our possession. We send such tickets out immediately upon receiving them. Some tickets are available in email form; we send these out literally minutes upon receipt of your order. Q: How will my tickets be shipped?
A: We use FedEx express services for all of our tickets. Because we use FedEx's express service to ensure fast delivery of your tickets, a signature is usually required for all packages. FedEx will not leave the package at your front door because of the previously mentioned method of delivery. We will ship the tickets to the shipping address you provide at the checkout screen. Often people realize, after the tickets have already been shipped, that they need their package sent to an alternate address (usually their work address). We understand that these circumstances are not so evident when someone is purchasing tickets from our website. We want to do everything we can to make sure you receive your tickets in time for the show, game, etc. If you realize after you have purchased the tickets, that the package needs to be shipped to an alternate address, please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible so that we may address the situation in a timely manner. It is your responsibility to provide us with a secure delivery location. Any person at the shipping address you provide will be authorized to act as your agent to accept delivery of the package for you. In cases where tickets are returned to us because FedEx was unable to deliver as a result of nobody being home at the shipping address, we will be forced to charge an additional full priced shipping fee to resend the tickets. Also, if you do not receive your tickets in time for an event because the tickets were shipped to the shipping address you provided but needed them shipped to an alternate address we will not be held responsible for any type of refund. However, we will make every effort possible to ensure you receive your tickets. You may track your package at www.fedex.com
You may find your tracking number on your invoice from EndlessTickets.com, if your invoice does not have a tracking number, please email shipping@endlesstickets.com and we will be happy to send you the tracking number.
Q: Do you have a return policy?
A: Unfortunately NO. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order once it is submitted to us.
Q: What if the event was cancelled for reasons out of my control?
A: If an event is cancelled for any reason other that an act of nature (rain out, earthquake, tornado, hurricane, flood, tsunami, etc.), war, terrorism, strike, or lockout we will provide a full refund for the amount you paid for the tickets. Any shipping charges are not refundable. Tickets to such events must be shipped back to Endless Tickets and received by Endless Tickets within 7 days of the announcement of the cancellation. In case of rain out or strike/lockout, no refunds will be made. You must exchange the ticket at the venue for a seat to a future date. In all other cases not mentioned above, we will attempt to obtain a refund from the original seller of the tickets. No refund or percentage of refund is guaranteed.
Q: How do I know my order is being/has been processed?
A: You will receive an email from support@endlesstickets.com with a copy of the invoice attached. Confirmation emails may not be sent for up to 1 hour. Do not assume your order has not been processed or it has been cancelled simply because you have not been contacted by us. Online orders placed over the weekend or after 5 pm CST, may not be processed until the next business day. Frequently, we get customers who say they have not received their confirmation email from Endless Tickets; this is usually the result of junk email filters. Please check your junk email folder and add support@endlesstickets.com to your contact/acceptable sender list. If you still cannot find or view the confirmation email please contact us via email or phone so that we may resend the confirmation email.
Q: What happens if the time or date of the event I purchased changed from what was printed on my ticket/s?
A: Event dates and times are always subject to change. This is especially common for sporting events which are often subject to television scheduling conflicts. It is important that you check with the local media to assure you will arrive at the correct time and date. If you have questions about the date or time of an event, please feel free to email or call us.
Q: Why do you charge a service fee?
A: The service fee reflects our cost of obtaining hard to find premium tickets. This fee is also representative of the cost in processing/ filling the order.

Q: What kind of guarantee do you provide?
A: Once your order is confirmed, we guarantee that you will receive the tickets you selected. After you receive an order confirmation from support@endlesstickets.com, if for any unpredictable/unforeseen reason the tickets you selected are unavailable, we will substitute a better ticket/s for the same price or we will refund your money. We guarantee it.
Q: Why can't I purchase a single ticket?
A: In some rare cases this will be possible as indicated in the quantity field on our website. However, usually we cannot break up large even groups of tickets to provide smaller odd numbers of tickets for a group of one, three, or five. We suggest you try to find odd quantity numbers on our website instead of the even quantity ticket groups. If you cannot find what you are looking for/need, please call or email us. Q: What happens if I lose my tickets?
A: Tickets are not replaceable so we encourage you to take extreme care not to lose or accidentally destroy the tickets. In such cases, we will not be able to provide replacement tickets to you. Etickets or TicketFast tickets (tickets that are emailed) can in some cases be reissued by Endless Tickets. We will require a fax with the original Endless Tickets invoice, signature of credit card holder, drivers license of credit card holder before the eticket will be reissued.
